This particular client ordered three tents from us to assemble their dining area. In the image below you can see (from left to right) a 40x60, a 20x40 and a 20x20 tent. All three of them are solid white and they placed tables and chairs inside for their event.
This tent setup with the three tents can accommodate hundreds of people comfortably. In this case renting the tents was the most cost effective alternative to purchasing because the cost of purchasing alone is many times more expensive than renting. Of course, price depends on the tent setup and the complexity of the tent design. The nice thing is that the setup location was easily accessible by our professional installation crew who will not only make sure the tent is properly secured but will also be there to perform the takedown after the event so you don't have to worry about having to get involved at any point.
The tent top and side walls of this tent are made out of the most durable materials in the industry. As a matter of fact, you can install the tent outdoors for years on end and it will hold up quite well. Our tents are also water resistant and fire retardant.
